Cancellation & Refund Policy

As our products are digital services and subscriptions, cancellations or refunds are handled as follows:

For SaaS and Digital Services

• All subscriptions and in-app purchases are non-refundable once activated or used.
• If you face a technical issue preventing access, contact info@apploomtech.com within 7 days for review.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

For Affiliated Donations

Donations made to churches through our app are non-refundable, as they are directly allocated to the respective institutions.

Service Cancellation

Users can cancel their account anytime via app settings or by emailing support.
